Notice of Public Hearing and

*Special Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of the Chehalis School District No.302 will hold a *Special School Board Meeting to include a Public Hearing on the proposed 2026-2027 budget on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at 10:00 am. The meeting will be held via Zoom and in person at the Chehalis School District Boardroom, 310 SW 16th Street, Chehalis, WA 98532. 

Individuals requiring accommodations due to a disability or health impairment are encouraged to contact the Superintendent’s Office (360) 807-7200 at least 48 hours prior to the meeting so that appropriate arrangements can be made.

 

*Special designation due to date and time of meeting.

Making a Public Comment to the School Board

In Writing: Comments to the Chehalis School Board can be sent to THIS LINK or mailed to the Chehalis School District Office at 310 SW 16th Street, Chehalis, WA 98532

In Person: Fill out the public comment card and put it in the public comment box

On Zoom: Refer to the directions in the chat box regarding signing up for public comment

  • Each speaker is allowed three (3) minutes
  • Please keep remarks civil and appropriate (refer to Board Policy 1400 found at THIS LINK for more information)
  • Please know that the board will not respond to your comment.
  • The board may ask, if appropriate, for a district administrator to follow up with you regarding your comment.
